Building a Retreat Practice is a process - an individual process.
It does not happen overnight. Learning to create a rhythm for
leading retreats is something that will support your success.
Each Retreat Coach will plan retreats that fit his/her own
personal style combined with his/her skills, background and
training. Join Mountain Coaching with Coach Helene Van Manen
and work with a network of other professionals who dream of
leading day long, weekend and adventure retreats.

Why is this designation important?
Retreats are a way to support your current practice or add
another revenue stream to what you already do. Retreats
are a powerful way to bring together groups. Many coaches
and other professionals are launching retreat practices.

What you will get from enrolling in Retreat Coach Certification:

•	Skill Building Become a master at opening and closing circles; integrating your coaching techniques into groups; crafting a day-long, weekend or week long program.
•	Designing Retreat Themes Learn how to design retreats based on your unique talents and interests and the needs of your clients.
•	Support Network The TeleGroups are rich with other aspiring Retreat Coachs who bring their expertise and resources to your learning. This creates a powerful connection work for referral. Plus….you will be shoulder to shoulder with other professionals who are working towards similar goals.
•	Professional Development Get organized in your marketing systems, resource development and other professional skills so that you can run a profitable, sustainable business.
•	Mentorship You will have the mentorship of a Professional Retreat Coach who will assist you in creating a vision and plan for your retreat practice.

There are two levels of Retreat Coach Certification that are
designed to walk with you along your path of development,
Certified Retreat Coach and Master Retreat Coach.

Level I : Certified Retreat Coach Requirements:

•	Attend 8-week Coach Retreat Training Telegroup designed to build retreat Coach skills, develop vision for creating successful retreats and building support and network systems.
•	Attend 6 monthly Retreat Success Groups- designed to support the process of developing retreats, reviewing process, overcoming obstacles, and reviewing wins.
•	Attend a retreat as a participant and submit a Learning Evaluation (this can be the Prospering Woman Retreat!)
•	Lead 4 retreats designed by you and submit Learning Evaluations
•	Three One to One Mentor Coaching Sessions to create and review Individualized Retreat Practice Goals.
•	Submit Letter of Certification stating why you are ready to receive the designation of Level 1 Certified Retreat Coach.

Training includes a valuable 240 Page Training Manual

 

Level 1 Certified Retreat Coach:
$1295 (This fee does include the 8 week training @ $395)

Level 2 : Master Retreat Coach Requirements:

•	Completed Level 1 Certified Retreat Coach requirements.
•	Ongoing training by attending 4 TeleClasses on Retreat Specific Topics.

•	Lead 8 retreats of your choice/style/format and submit Learning Evaluations.
•	Have Two 1:1 Mentor Coaching Sessions per year to review Individualized Retreat Practice Goals.
•	Attend In-Person Training
•	Submit Letter of Certification stating why you are ready to receive the designation of Master Retreat Coach.

Level 2 Master Retreat Coach:
$995 (Does not include the In-Person Training Retreat Fee.)
